Vision & Implementation



The year 2020 began with unanticipated COVID-19 pandemic, which has significantly impacted everyday life. Our sales and marketing plan have been slow-down and deferred during first half. As a low-profile access floor systems developer and
manufacturer, in fact, we are relatively smaller affected than many other type of business. During and after the pandemic, there is and will be new requirements by architects and end-users. We are preparing for the emerging change. Our product line and sales strategy have been adjusted based on the change and new opportunity. New product development is moving forward with certain necessary adjustment too. During the changing period, we shall review at monthly basis or less.

We have close communication with our world-wide regional Partner Distributors from time to time. This is necessary to review and adjust product and sales strategy together with each Partner Distributor in accordance with each region’s particular development. Since beginning of May 2020, our sales activities in the regions like USA, Spain, UK, Hong Kong and South East Asia are steadily returning to normal. We are excited that demands in a few regions are growing in order to make up slow-down projects back in the first half of 2020.

I. World-Wide Distribution

Case Study Building
Netfloor's global sales achievement is attributed to the great contribution through our partner Distributors. We continuously work closely with our Distributors in each region or country. Our mission is to extend full supports to our partners in all respects including sales, marketing, and technologies.

EC and UK

We aim to have continuous growth in Spain, Benelux, and UK. We were pursuing to establish competent Distribution in France, Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia within 2018~2019, unfortunately not been successfully. Netfloor is excellent and best low-profile access floor systems in the world. We sincerely invite new Partner Distributors, and are confident to establish the sales network in these regions during second half 2020 and 2021.

Gulf nations and Egypt

Gulf nations are used to be leading regions of Netfloor global sales. Sales of the area was dropped in last 5 years due to oil price slump. But we receive signals that the sales will gradually better. Our sales partners are still there and in close communication from time to time too.

Asia and Australia

Sales in Asia is expected continuous growing in HK, Macao, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, and Brunei. Recently we starts new sales for projects in Thailand and Myanmar. This is encouraging.

Northern America

Strong growing & promising. The sales performance in 2016~2019 were steady growth and strong. We foresee second half 2020 through 2021 will continue growing remarkably.

A. Low-profile access floor systems:

Netfloor is one of the leading manufacturer of low-profile access floor systems. All Netfloor low-profile access floor systems are featured with grid-pattern, fully accessible Cable Trenches. The systems are widely using for new and old class-A office buildings, school, training institutions, stores, and etc.

The new product launched in January 2018, which brings large attention by carpet tile and vinyl tile manufacturers as well as resilient tiles distributors. We anticipate the new product line will contribute great sales performance to overall product lines.

B. ZoneTeq Modular Wiring system (MWS)

We are proud ZoneTeq MWS is now UL listed. 
We are launching full-scale marketing program in the Northern America and Asia first. The market potential is promosing for this new product line.

C. STACO

We supply the systems for many projects like museums, offices, military bases, factories, for loading property 1000LB grade to 2,640LB (1200kg) grade.

D. Actile:
Commercial rate vinyl tile systems of 5 mm thick, an ideal substitution to carpet tiles suitable for using on bare finish access floors, and also excellent solution for renovation by replacing old/broken HPL or carpet tiles on the traditional access floors.
E. Outdoor understructure systems:
  • HiFloor: Water-proof pedestals to support natural stone tiles, plastic-wood planks, and all types of out-door grade floorings. Standard system height: 55 mm to 600 mm.
  • HS2000: High-stand (0.5 to 2.0 meters), hot-dipped galvanized steel understructure for outdoor and high-moisture environments. Standard system height: 500 mm to 2000 mm

B. Patent:

Netfloor Cable Management Systems have been patent granted in USA, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, China, Australia, South Africa, Taiwan, and patent pending in most other industrial nations.

Specialists in the field of low-profile cable management flooring, the executives of Netfloor, Inc. embrace a global view in developing and implementing product marketing and distribution strategies.

Jemmy Y. C. Chen: Managing Director
MBA, a 30 year veteran in interior flooring products, Jemmy is inventor of Netfloor CMS/ECO and Camass® systems. Invention and introduction of first Netfloor product line starting 1995. He set designing, developing, and standards from scratch a product utilizing all his expertise in the field.

Frank Wang: Director, International Division
BS, has 25 year experience in the interior flooring industry. Before joining Netfloor, Inc. in 1989, Frank was part of senior management for a US garment buying company in Asia.

Julian Sun: Project Manager, East Asia
BS, joining Netfloor, Inc. in 1990. Julian is in charge of East Asian project sales and product Distributor and Sales Representatives training.

Tom Wang: Assistant Manager, International Division
MS, joining Netfloor, Inc. in March 2016. Before joining us, Tom was project engineer in CTCI Corporation.

Jed Chen: Assistant Manager, ZoneEx Division
BS, joining Netfloor, Inc. in 2018. Before joining us, Jed was Technical Writer and FAE in electronic industry.

Henry Chen: Manager, System and Product Development
BS, architect, joining Netfloor, Inc. in 2007. Before joining us, He was designer in a leading architecture firm in Taiwan. Henry is currently an independent sub-contractor focusing on Netfloor new product designing and development.
